Leesburg, VIRGINIA: 2 Illegal Alien Gang Members Arrested In Leesburg; Another Sought (One Caught and Released Before)

LEESBURG, Virginia -- Leesburg Police Detectives, along with Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, arrested two illegal aliens with reported gang ties earlier this month and warrant has been issued for the arrest of a third suspect.

Wilbur Ernesto Aleman-Orellana, 18, of Leesburg, and Oscar Edgardo Moz-Herrera, 23, also of Leesburg, were charged with possession of false identification, forgery and unlawfully changing their names. Both men were also held on ICE detainers.

Detectives are searching for a third subject, Rosie Orellana-Serrano, 29, of Leesburg, who is wanted for three counts of possession of false identification, three counts of forgery and an unlawful change of name. She also is wanted for an ICE detainer. Deportation procedures were started against her as well, stemming from her illegal arrival in the United States in 2005.
