FAIRFAX, Virginia -- Virginia State police say one person was hurt and seven others were taken into custody following a two car crash on Interstate-66 that backed up traffic during the Tuesday morning rush hour.
Authorities say the accident occurred on eastbound I-66 near Nutley Street around 9:00 a.m. when an SUV with Arizona plates carrying seven people, five men and two women, struck another car.
