RIVERSIDE, California -- Two illegal immigrants were arrested Sunday after one allegedly drove drunk and was involved in an accident that killed a Lake Elsinore man; the other helped him flee.

According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, the initial investigation indicates that Isaac Flores-Palacios, 32, was driving his employer’s pickup truck west on Lakeshore Drive on Sunday afternoon when a pickup driven by Ben Hernandez, 66, turned left in front of him near Avenue 6. Hernandez was ejected and died at the scene.
