PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania -- A Mexican man who was arrested three times in 2005 for being in the United States illegally will be returned to his country after being convicted in federal court in Pittsburgh on Friday.

Maximino Robledo-Vasquez, 31, who was deported three times in December 2005, was arrested in Clarion County in May 2007.

Robledo-Vasquez has used at least nine aliases while in the United States and has been arrested 30 times in five states, government prosecutors.
