CHESTERFIELD County, Virginia -- Chesterfield County is considering an ordinance change as a way to crack down on illegal immigration. The code regulates how many people can live together in a single home or apartment.
On Tuesday the planning commission will vote on whether to double the code’s fine. Later this month, the board of supervisors plans to discuss changing to whom the ordinance applies.
