WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY, Pennsylvania -- Attempted murder charges against an illegal alien from the Hazleton-area have been bound over for trial.
Pedro Cabrera was in court Monday morning to face a magistrate in connection with a brutal stabbing in April 2006.
"I ain't got nothing to say," Cabrera said as he left the courtroom.
Cabrera is charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault for stabbing Damian Justofin at a Hazleton apartment.
