WOODBRIDGE, Virginia -- Two men were charged with attacking a 17-year-old boy and an 18-year-old woman whom they were following in the 1600 block of Carter Lane in Woodbridge around 1:12 a.m. Monday, according to Prince William police.
Jose Ramirez, 18, and Porfirio Ramirez-Baca, 34, both of 1621 Carter Lane, were charged with two counts of assault and battery and two counts of abduction with intent to defile.
Police said the 18-year-old from Manassas and the Woodbridge boy were walking when they noticed they were being followed and tried to get into their vehicle, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.
But the men stopped them from driving away, according to police, and punched the boy during the struggle.
The woman, police said, was grabbed, pulled away, thrown to the ground and then pinned down and inappropriately touched.
