PANAMA CITY, Florida -- Investigators from the Bay County Sheriff’s Office visited the site of BCL Civil Contractors located at 11751 Panama City Beach Parkway on Panama City Beach this afternoon, July 12, 2007. Complaints had been received regarding suspected illegal aliens working at this job site. A check with the construction site superintendent found that several individuals had produced fraudulent social security cards to gain employment.
These individuals were arrested as a result of this check:
Miguel Luna, DOB 1/6/79, of 109 Scott Lane, Greensboro, Florida, on a charge of Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information. Birthplace: Guatemala.
Antonio Ajualip, DOB 6/13/69, of 1509 Fairland Avenue, Panama City, on a charge of Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information. Birthplace: Guatemala.
Artemio Luna, DOB 7/17/85, of 109 Scott Lane, Greensboro, Florida, on a charge of Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information. Place of Birth: Mexico.
Investigators have contacted the correct owners of these social security numbers and all have expressed gratitude to the Bay County Sheriff’s Office for its efforts in these investigations.
