Dallas, TEXAS: Warning issued in search for 'dangerous' fugitive (Maximo Garcia-Carrillo)

DALLAS, Texas -- A man sought by police with a warning of using extreme caution if spotted may also have ties to Wesley Ruiz, the suspect in Friday's fatal officer shooting.

Police have called Maximo Garcia-Carrillo armed and one of the most dangerous men in the country. He is also known to travel with bodyguards carrying rocket propelled grenades.
