SAN DIEGO, California -- Two incomplete tunnels have been discovered along the U.S.-Mexico border in what authorities describe as a failed attempt to sneak people into the United States illegally.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement says each tunnel was about three feet wide, three feet high and five feet underground. They were about 44 yards apart, near San Diego's Otay Mesa border crossing.
