Baton Rouge, LOUISIANA: Sheriff’s Office arrests illegal alien in murder case (Previously Deported Twice)

BATON ROUGE, Louisiana -- A man was stabbed to death at an Amy Street apartment early Thursday, according to a statement released by the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office.

The victim was allegedly stabbed by the accused, Erik Cecilia Rosales Cardoa, 24, who fled the scene, the statement said.

Deputies apprehended Cardoa shortly thereafter.

Further investigation revealed that Cardoa was an illegal alien from Mexico who had twice been deported, once on March 26, 2005, and again on Aug. 14, 2005, the statement said.
