Houston men charged with human smuggling through Alabama

MOBILE, Alabama -- Two Texas men are charged with smuggling undocumented workers through Alabama.

A federal grand jury in Mobile, Alabama, indicted 32-year-old Santiago Ramirez-Godoy and 47-year-old Luciano Alvarez-Meraz, both of Houston. They're charged with unlawful transportation of an illegal alien.
