Pennsylvania -- A Latrobe man arrested Friday on charges of driving under the influence was illegally living in the country, according to state police at Greensburg.
According to police, about 12:30 a.m., Zalatiel Perez Cruz, no age given, almost hit Patrick Thomas in the parking lot of Nopalitos Mexican Restaurant in Unity Township.
Police charged Cruz with driving under the influence and recklessly endangering another person. Upon investigation, it was determined that Cruz was an illegal alien, police said.
