Richmond, Virginia -- At the General Assembly today, a bill was proposed that would let fired workers sue if they were replaced by illegal aliens. The legislation is the result of complaints from some home builders in Henrico County. According to Delegate Jack Reid, some construction workers are being fired and replaced for cheaper labor by workers in the country illegally.
