KOSCIUSKO, Mississippi -- Bond was denied Wednesday for an illegal immigrant charged with kidnapping a 12-year-old girl.
Attala County Deputy Zelie Shaw said a hold also was placed on Misael Popoca Sotelo, 21, of Kosciusko, by immigration officials because the Mexican native was in the country illegally.
