New Jersey -- The chief executive of a medical services company in Hasbrouck Heights has been charged in a criminal complaint alleging money laundering, stemming from illegal profit made from an alien smug gling operation.
Anthony Rubino, 43, the chairman, chief executive and president of U.S. MedSys, was charged in a three-page complaint filed by the U.S. Attorney in Newark in federal district court Monday.
