McAllen, TEXAS: Illegal Alien employed in Federal building which houses Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the U.S. Marshal Service and the U.S. District Court (Bentsen Tower)

McALLEN, Texas -- Security officials at Bentsen Tower are revising their employee hiring procedures after a Mexican citizen was charged Tuesday with using fraudulent documents to get a job inside the building.

Celestino Santiago Ortega-Lagunes, 26, appeared before a judge Tuesday in the building where he was formerly employed as a maintenance worker. He is accused of illegally entering the United States and using a visa and other documents to secure his employment.
