McALLEN, Texas -- Security officials at Bentsen Tower are revising their employee hiring procedures after a Mexican citizen was charged Tuesday with using fraudulent documents to get a job inside the building.
Celestino Santiago Ortega-Lagunes, 26, appeared before a judge Tuesday in the building where he was formerly employed as a maintenance worker. He is accused of illegally entering the United States and using a visa and other documents to secure his employment.
