Bismarck, North Dakota -- Three illegal immigrants were arrested in Bismarck this weekend after two of them tried using fake identification at a Bismarck bar.
Lt. Dan Donlin said U.S. Border Patrol asked that the men be held so they could pick them up.
Donlin said Borrowed Buck's Roadhouse, 1118 S. Third St., called police at 11:21 p.m. Friday. They said a man was attempting to use a fake Iowa driver's license to get into the bar, Donlin said. He said the 29-year-old man said he was in the United States illegally from Tijuana, Mexico.
