EL PASO, Texas -- Two El Paso men pleaded guilty Monday to federal charges that they had more than two dozen illegal immigrants working for them.
Romulado Soto, 53, of Clint, and Jose Cruz Soto, 41, of El Paso County, pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to harbor illegal aliens, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Attorney's Office said. Another charge was dropped as part of a plea agreement, said spokeswoman Shana Jones.
