Fort Smith, Arkansas -- Crawford County Circuit Judge Gary Cottrell ordered an Arizona man and woman each be held on $50,000 bond Wednesday on drug and child-endangerment charges.

Cottrell ruled there was probable cause to file charges against Francisco Juarez, 24, and Valeria Lozano, 25, both of Phoenix, for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a minor. An additional charge of criminal impersonation was filed against Juarez, who is also wanted in Arizona on a money laundering charge.

Prosecuting Attorney Marc McCune told Cottrell the pair were illegal aliens and both had been previously deported from the country.
