Texas -- Hidalgo County sheriff's deputies searched Friday for two kidnappers who abducted a family, including a 3-year-old girl, authorities said.
The kidnapping ended up at home, located about 2 miles south on Val Verde Road."(It's) a quiet neighborhood. Never had any problems and then this takes place. So you wonder what's going to happen next," said Jeff Shue, who's lived in this neighborhood for about five years.
