WYOMING: Sobriety checkpoint finds immigration violations

Wyoming -- Yellowstone National Park officials discovered 13 alleged immigration violations and other infractions on Thursday at a checkpoint that targeted drunk drivers.

Rangers charged the 13 “undocumented aliens” with violating Title 8 of federal immigration laws. Those cases are being transferred to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
