NORRISTOWN, Pennsylvania -- Police have arrested a man they believe to be producing fraudulent identification cards for illegal immigrants in the Norristown area.
Solome Melandez Lopez, 25, of the 1200 block of Powell Street is facing records, forgery and identity theft charges.
He was arrested Tuesday morning on the 500 block of Barbadoes Street after police arranged an identification purchase following an investigation.
