Tucson, Arizona -- Fernando Egurrola-Gutierrez, a 26-year-old resident of Mexico, was arrested Saturday night after Police responded to reports of a home invasion.
Police arrived on the scene about two minutes after getting the call.
When they got there they say Gutierrez was on top of the female victim.
