Tucson, Arizona -- "What we got was a 9-1-1 report of two middle eastern males in the Sam's Club on Stone South of River," Tucson Police Sergeant Mark Robinson explained.
The report was made because of suspicious activity.
"That bought a large quantity of disposable cell phones."
Tucson Police Sgt. Mark Robinson explains why buying these cell phones could be considered suspicious. "People involved in criminal activity use these types of phones because they're easy to smuggle and they're hard to track."
