Liberal, Kansas -- The Federal Bureau of Investigation is seeking information that will lead to the arrest of two former Liberal residents, Beatrice and Victor Gonzalez. The two are wanted for kidnapping, conspiracy to commit kidnapping and aiding and abetting. The FBI is also offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
According to an FBI wanted poster, Beatrice and Victor Gonzalez, who may be illegal aliens, worked at the beef plant in Liberal during the mid 1990s. During their employment, it is possible they used false identities. They may also have a brown two-door car with beige interior.
