Tennessee -- An illegal immigrant charged with identity theft is accused of stealing the ID of a deported man wanted for a sexual offense, a federal agent testified Monday.
Alejandro Borbonio-Fernandez, 41, of Manchester was arrested April 27 for stealing the Social Security number of another man and obtaining a resident alien card (green card) in the man's name, Agent Anthony Langeland testified in General Sessions Court.
The deported man, whose identity was stolen, is wanted for failing to sign up for a sex offender's registry, Langeland said. He was deported after his conviction but has since returned to America.
Memo to Julie Myers of ICE, Michael Chertoff of Homeland Security and President Bush.
I am writing to you that you have a deported sexual molester who goes by the name of Borbonio-Fernandez on the loose who was previously deported but has since returned to the United States. Hmm... I wonder how that could happen? God know what child this monster may be molesting today.
If he evades capture long enough then he will most certainly qualify for the Senate Hagel-Matinez-Bush/Guest-Worker/Amnesty Scheme.
We will be waiting for ICE to track down this pervert and dig a hole for him under the prison since you Professionals refuse to put real boots on the border in sufficient numbers to keep monsters like this out for good.
