Wisconsin -- A 25-year-old undocumented worker was charged today in Sheboygan County Circuit Court with felony identity theft for using false documentation to get a job at J.L. French Automotive Castings Inc., according to a criminal complaint.
Marcos A. Sierra-Escamilla, of 1524 N. Seventh St., faces up to four years, nine months in prison and fines up to $22,500 for using a false Social Security number and state ID, obstructing an officer and operating after revocation of the driver�s license he obtained under his real name, the complaint said.
