As immigrant communities spring up in the U. S. far from the traditional entry points of Miami and New York, foreign nations are trying to keep pace with their countrymen through mobile consulates.
Legal immigrants in this country don't need a consular id from their home country. If they are here legally then the United States would have issued them some type of legal document. Only, illegal aliens need these consular id's to get driver's licenses, open bank accounts and home mortgages. Wells Fargo and Bank of America accept these fake id's and many states also accept these fake id's to get a driver's license.
