For definition of this debate, Amnesty is allowing illegal aliens to receive what they seek and that is to stay in this country legally via guest-worker. That is Amnesty and it appears that the President and several Senators are trying to change the defintion of Amnesty here.

Any person who would like to enter a guest-worker program should have to leave the United States and apply from their home country in a legal and orderly way. Anything else is an Amnesty.

Conress should add 50,0000 ICE agents a year for the next five years and make them a visible law enforcement agency in every state since there is about only 2000 ICE agents for the entire country.

Not until we see any type of serious interior enforcment should Congress even bring up the discussion of guest-worker.
