Pennsylvania -- A man who supplied illegal workers to three businesses in Lackawanna County has been sentenced to probation and house arrest. Budi Santoso, 29, of Philadelphia, was sentenced Wednesday at the federal courthouse in Scranton.
In 2003, Santoso pleaded guilty to a felony charge of concealing, harboring and shielding illegal aliens. He could have received up to 10 years in prison. But on Wednesday, a federal judge in Scranton sentenced Santoso to three years of probation including six months of home confinement.
