Arizona -- Last week, when state lawmakers killed a bill forcing businesses to check the immigration status of their workers, it was yet another blow to those who want to punish employers hiring illegal workers. But with each passing year, as the debate over illegal immigration grows more heated, the pressure for lawmakers to step in and regulate those businesses continues to build.
