New Jersey -- A Mexican man who lived in Atlantic City was sentenced to 26 months in federal prison Friday for making false U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services resident alien cards, U.S. Attorney Christopher J. Christie said.
U.S. District Court Judge Joseph E. Irenas also ordered Rigo Hernandez Acosta, 33, an illegal immigrant, to serve three years of supervised release when he gets out of federal prison.
