INDIANA: Bill would withhold public aid from illegals; change would fine anyone who employs them

Indiana -- A bill that would keep undocumented immigrants from receiving public assistance or medical services was changed by the Indiana House on Tuesday night to also set heavy fines for businesses that employ them.
