Kentucky -- Three men -- two from Shelbyville and one from Nelson County -- are jailed on drug charges after police seized a kilo of what they believe is powdered cocaine Thursday.
Sheriff Mike Armstrong said Juaquin Carreto, 28, of 520 Midland Blvd.; Lino Cordova Ortega, 24, of Cedargate Apartments; and Rogelio B. Salazar, 26, are each charged with first-degree trafficking in cocaine.
