Virginia -- Despite the fears of some local obstetricians, illegal aliens delivering babies in Virginia will still qualify for emergency Medicaid.
The obstetricians feared a new law, which denies illegal immigrants Medicaid assistance starting Jan. 1, would decrease reimbursements for charity cases they handled.
