Indiana -- Accused murderer Simon Rios told a judge this week he was born in Mexico and he doesn’t have a Social Security number. But county records list Simon Rios as the owner of the home where he, his wife and three daughters lived.
Rios, 33, is charged with four counts of murder and two counts of moving the body from the scene of a violent or suspicious death in the Dec. 13 strangling deaths of his wife, Ana Casas, and the couple’s three young daughters.
While many officials have speculated that Rios is here illegally, no one can say so for sure.
