Montana -- Two out-of-state men accused of soliciting and harboring illegal construction workers for jobs near Yellowstone National Park pleaded not guilty Tuesday to a federal indictment in Billings.
Rickardo A. Armas, 25, of Leander, Texas, and Jaime R. Rivas-Ortiz, 36, of Denver, were indicted on charges of conspiracy to harbor illegal aliens and harboring illegal aliens. Each is charged with one conspiracy count and two harboring counts.
