BENSALEM, Pennsylvania -- The man who police say is responsible for killing a 14-year-old in a hit and run in Bensalem was arraigned on Monday.
The deadly hit and run took the life of Rasheen Newkirk, a special needs student at Bensalem High School.
Police say the driver responsible is Carlos Hunaga-Reyes who is in the country illegally. He is from Ecuador and does not have a license.
