Ohio: BMV Employees Indicted In Registration Scam

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- Several people have been indicted on counts of tampering with records in connection with a local office of the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles, News 5's Bina Roy reported.

Four employees at the Colerain Township BMV, including manager Laurie Bailey, are accused of issuing false vehicle registrations to friends and acquaintances who failed the E-Check or never had their vehicle tested.
