Arrested by ICE on immigration charges were Raul Flores-Tovar, 21, Sergio Hinojosa-Bautista, 22, Oscar Cardenas-Garcia, 20, David "Blackie" Arias-Espin, 18, and Jose Alvarez-Mejia, 19. Three of them also had criminal charges ranging from armed robbery and stalking to furnishing alcohol to a minor.
