Judge To Hear Illegal alien Trespassing Cases

NASHUA, N.H. -- A judge will consider multiple cases next week in a town's use of the state trespassing law against illegal immigrants. Meanwhile, a national Hispanic advocacy group has come out in support of the immigrants.

Next Friday, Judge L. Phillips Runyon III will consider whether police in Hudson acted properly when they cited at least eight illegal immigrants during traffic stops this spring. The police said they are frustrated by the government's failure to pursue illegal immigrants and are just doing their job to keep the town safe.
