BECKLEY, W.Va. -- A Colorado man who helped foreign students remain in the country illegally by selling them false grades in a correspondence course was sentenced Wednesday to four years in prison followed by three years of supervised release, federal prosecutors said.
Gaylon Dahn, 77, had admitted allowing two students to buy unearned college credits at Mountain State University. His scheme involved at least 25 unlawful aliens, according to court records.
