HUDSON, N.H. -- Police have charged two more allegedly illegal immigrants with trespassing under a policy that anyone in the country illegally is also is the town of Hudson illegally, and is therefore trespassing.
The first arrest of the day came at 9:30
a.m., when an officer stopped a Ford Explorer that didn't have a proper inspection sticker.
The driver, Andre P. Dias, 26, of Brazil, did not have a valid driver's license and, upon further investigation, was revealed to be in the country illegally, police said.
He was cited for criminal trespass and driving without a valid license, police said.
