Sniper suspect, John Lee Malvo appeared in a Fairfax court yesterday and was appointed a guardian since his mother who is also an illegal aliens was not present. Where is Uma James? Does the INS know where she is, since they released her on bond against Federal law? Will Uma James appear for her November 20th hearing before INS? Or has she disappeared like the 13 million illegal aliens that the INS has not intention of pursuing?
